Team work is my dream work. I love picking the perfect words with a copywriter and honing the visuals with a designer. My job is to give them the space and freedom to do their best work. Then check that to the plan/brand/voice. Giving the feedback that turns a piece into a successful tactic. Then getting the buy-in necessary to make it fly.
